Labiim Return Policy for the European and American Markets

Effective Date: May 9, 2025

1. Scope of the Return Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased through the Labiim official website (https://www.labiimlife.com/) or direct European and American channels (including standalone websites, Amazon, etc.), including:

  • Towel Warmer (Towel Heater)
  • Hair Dryer
  • Desk Fan

2. Return Conditions

  1. Time Limit
  • European Market:
    • No-Reason Return: 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • American Market:
    • No-Reason Return: 30 days from the date of receipt (platform standard).
  • Quality Issue Return: Submit valid proof (e.g., photos, videos) within 30 days of receipt.
  1. Product Requirements
  • New and Unused: Packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact. Electronic products must retain the original factory seal.
  • Not Activated: Heaters/hair dryers must not have been powered on; fans must not have had their batteries or power cords removed.
  • Exceptions: Custom-engraved items and seasonal limited editions (e.g., winter heaters) are not eligible for returns.
  1. Fraud Prevention
  • Prohibited practices include "bracketing" (placing multiple orders to compare prices) or submitting fake damage photos. Violators will be blacklisted.
  • High-value items (single unit price $100+) require proof of purchase and logistics receipt.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return
  • Website Channel: Log in to your account → Order Details → Click "Request Return" → Fill in the reason and shipping method.
  • Customer Service Channel: Email support@labiimlife.com (include order number and issue description).
  1. Return Shipping
  • European Users:
    • Use the prepaid return label (including customs prepayment) provided by Labiim, or ship to the designated local return center.
  • American Users:
  • Ship to the overseas warehouse address (label provided by Labiim) or use Amazon’s partnered logistics providers (e.g., UPS, DHL).
  1. Shipping Requirements
  • Keep the complete tracking number and notify Labiim customer service via email within 48 hours.
  • Electronic products must be shipped in shockproof packaging to avoid disputes over transportation damage.
  1. Review and Refund

 

  • Review Period: 7-14 business days after receiving the product (quality issues are prioritized).
  • Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment account (credit card/PayPal). Cash refunds are not accepted.

V. Legal Compliance Statement

  1. European Union:
  • Complies with the Consumer Rights Directive (30-day return policy) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); return addresses are not publicly disclosed.
  • Price Protection: If the product price drops, consumers can request a price difference refund (within 14 days of receipt).
  1. United States:
  • Complies with the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act); product descriptions must match the actual items.
  • California Consumers additionally enjoy a 30-day return period (original packaging must be retained).

VI. Special Product Terms

  1. Towel Warmer (Heater):
  • Must be completely powered off and the water tank emptied before returning; otherwise, it will be considered user damage.
  1. Hair Dryer:
  • Returns not accepted after use (even if undamaged).
  1. Desk Fan:
  • Returns accepted if the impeller is deformed or the motor makes abnormal noises; video proof is required.
